Data entry of the admissions applications.Organize and assist with international orientation and student check in.Manage relationship with a caseload of new International Students from inquiry to enrollment.Provides direct service to students and assists Hub staff to trouble-shoot problems.Understand, keep up-to-date with, and adhere to applicable University, city, state, and federal rules and regulations for student services maintain strict privacy of student information.Reconciles daily cashiering sessions and verifies cash deposits.Manages Hub Schedules and is responsible for providing coverage at the Hub.Assists with the Cross training of University staff on HUB procedures and expectations. Trains new hires on customer service and HUB processes.Supervises staff of two employees, 1 Customer Service Representative and 1 Student Worker.Maintains a strong, effective, accessible, welcoming, student-centric service department by implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation and delivery of services.
